Quinoa and Bacon

I tried something new in the kitchen this evening.


Quinoa with bacon, eggs, and veggies.

Seasoned with salt and pepper, then spiced it up with some sriracha.


I really liked the idea, but it was definitely missing some sort of sauce to tie it all together. I’m thinking something sweet based with orange juice or jelly could do the trick. I’ll have to try that next time.


But, really, you can’t go wrong with anything with bacon, right? 😉
