My arms are SORE today.
*Mental Note* need to work on upper body strength, so that a day of kneeboarding and wakeboarding won’t leave you struggling to lift your arms over your head the next day. Got it.
Sore muscles resulted in a light yoga workout this morning. I started with Jillian Micheals’ Shred DVD, but obviously that didn’t last long. A soothing yoga session via ExerciseTV on demand was much more up my ally this morning.
Yoga was followed by breakfast.
- 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean Crisp
- 1/2 cup Multigrain Cheerios
- Vanilla Yogurt
- Strawberry Crumb Cake
The Strawberry Crumb Cake was a last minute addition. The crumbled cake on top really added a nice chew and sweetness to the bowl.
