I know it’s way past my bedtime when I fall asleep on the couch trying to watch the new episode of Glee via DVR. It was my treat after a long night of filming, but I couldn’t even make it past the opening credits before passing out.
Don’t worry, though. I’m catching up right now. The Bieber Experience is taking over my TV as we speak. 😉
This morning I ran a great 5 miler and was happy to keep a 9:00 min/mile pace for the second day in a row. After 3 years of running I’ve come to appreciate the 9:00 min/mile as my comfortable natural pace.
Also, I ran with the new Garmin and have concluded that I need to find a way to transfer the velcro strap from the old Garmin to the new one.
The velcro strap was a Christmas gift from my sister. I didn’t realize how much I had grown to love it until I ran without it this morning. The velcro strap forms to your wrist and doesn’t budge at all when running. It’s much more comfortable than the stiff plastic strap. However, I lost the little tool it came with, so finding a way to transfer it is going to be a toughie. hmmmm….. any ideas?
Overnight Oats in a Jar are my favorite. Obviously. 🙂
In the Jar:
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- Plain Yogurt
- Almond Milk
- Chia Seeds
- Cocoa Almond Pieces
- Nuts About Granola Chocolate Mint Cookie
Still wasn’t a fan of the Chocolate Mint Cookie Granola, but wanted to use up the rest of the sample packet.
I think she needs a bath.
