Time To Plunge

by Meghann on January 22, 2011

Whose ready to plunge?

I am! Sort of. πŸ˜‰

It’s cloudy and 51 degrees outside. I guess if you’re going to do a Polar Plunge, 51 degrees is better than in the 30s. πŸ™‚

My plunging fuel this morning consisted of:

  • 1/2 cup Cinnamon Burst Cheerios
  • 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean Crisp
  • 1/2 cup Flax Flakes
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Cacao Nibs

I also completed my third day of my third week for the 6 Week 6 Pack Challenge.

Time to Plunge! πŸ™‚

I love this event, but I will be covering as “press” this morning, rather than plunging. Have fun and I will see you there!

They are doing the plunge in Indianapolis today, too. It is 8Β° there right now and feels like -2Β°. 51Β° DEFINITELY sounds better than that. Good luck!

Have a fun time!! The temperature change is only temporary considering that you are in Florida! Imagine doing a polar plunge where your water temperature is the outside temperature. I have nothing to complain about since California has been in the 60s and 70s this week πŸ™‚
