    Great 30 minute work out. My legs are still quite sore after returning to stregnth training Monday. I was actually really hoping to not be sore this morning for a 30 minute spin class followed by yogalaties, not this morning :-(.

    Good for you getting a workout in this morning! I give a lot of credit to anyone who works out in the morning…I have a hard enough time just getting out of bed in time most days!

    I am glad its sunny in fl but its hotter in nj than fl! Ughh! I really need to do a circuit workout like you did! It sounds fun and an added benefit is its in the comfort of your own home!

    I am going to email you today about help on tempo runs.. I hope you can help me as I am totally clueless and google is not helping 🙂

      I don’t know how else to described it besides rolled dates are pieces of dates that have been rolled in a mix of powdered sugar.

    I would love to try a hot yoga class – the only one near me is at 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday though! Not sure I could wake my ass up for that one!
