A Quicky

by Meghann on June 17, 2010

Where did the morning go?!?!

I’m in the process of preparing for a company wide sales meeting next week, PLUS a major conference the week after that I will be attending in Denver! I’ve been a busy little bee this morning! 🙂

Morning Snack: Kashi Dark Chocolate Coconut Fruit & Grain Bar

Lunch: Platter Plate of Yumminess

The dippers: Cinnamon Pita Chips, Cherries (did you see cherries will be on sale tomorrow at Whole Foods across the country for $1.99?!?!),  Carrots, Cheese Stick, Cherry Tomatoes, Broccoli

The Dips: Hummus & Honey Cinnamon Peanut Butter

Never gets old. 🙂

Did you see that my sister adopted a new puppy?

Her name is Sadie and I can’t wait to meet my new fur-niece. 🙂

And Maddie can’t wait to meet her new cousin!

Also, my borther and his gf are coming in town this weekend! yippeee!! I guess that means I should clean my apartment? We’ll see…. 😉

There’s no Whole Foods near where I live, alas. Maybe my local co-op will have something.

Your lunch, as usual, looks delish!

Sadie is so pretty! 😀

Are you going to have time to do a blogger get together when you are in Denver?

9 Meghann June 17, 2010 at 4:46 pm

Honestly – I’m not sure. :/ I’m going for work and the last time I went to an event like this I was on the go pretty much non-stop. Bummer.

Holy cow I love your plate! I’m obsessed with stars!

Hummus and pb – the two bestest spreads 🙂 I know you and Mama Pea go way back but if you haven’t tried her dessert hummus yet, you should!

I agree that a Denver meet-up would be fun! (if you have time) Otherwise, enjoy the mountains when you come to see us here in Denver. 🙂

25 Annie June 17, 2010 at 9:13 pm

I put in another vote for a Denver meet-up! Who knew there were so many of us out here? Hopefully the work load will be light enough to schedule one.

26 Adrienne June 17, 2010 at 9:39 pm

Meghann, I used Hal Higdon this year and had a BQ at Boston. I am a big fan of his plans. Lots of quality and little junk. I do cut out one of his running days; that is my modification. Let me know if you have any questions!

27 Emily June 17, 2010 at 9:43 pm

I LOVEEE lunches like that!

28 Marissa June 18, 2010 at 11:29 am

Oh my goodness what a cute puppy!!

29 Tammy June 18, 2010 at 3:24 pm

You have GOT to go to THE BEST vegetarian restaurant in Denver called Watercourse Foods! It is phenomenal! I’ve heard that City O’ City is excellent as well, more of a vegetarian pizza/ calzone place.
