good luck! I read all of your NOLA posts at least 3 times. They were great! You really gave a sense of the the city, color and festivity! My boyfriend was there this weekend, so it was nice to see where he was through your posts.

Back to reality! Back to routine; I know how that is!
I’m going to be really shameless, tacky and go against all blog manners ever [at least I’m honest, right?] and let you know that if you want a good deal, check out my post and get some good magazine reads.

Although vacations are nice, there is something so comforting and satisfying about coming home and getting back to the normal routines. Good luck at work today and welcome back!

Love traveling, but it’s always so nice to be home – cooking in your own kitchen, sleeping your own bed, etc! D looks ecstatic about his gift, great idea!

Welcome home! You and Derek were on my mind this weekend since he and I are birthday buddies – mine was on Saturday! I’m glad you had a fun birthday weekend. I agree it is always nice to return home and get back into the routines of fresh fruits and veggies.

    Hey Meghan!!

Good luck with all that work!! I wanted to let you know that I LOVE your blog and read every post. I also love that you include stuff from your personal life haha. Mainly I went for the food and exercise updates, but you’re super fun to get updates on! All this is why I gave you this award!

Best of luck! I hate the day after vacation and trying to get back to normal. Even though yours was a working getaway, I’m sure it is still tough to adjust!

Doesn’t it feel awesome after a work trip / vacation to get back to your normal routine? I always feel that way… being back in my kitchen is the best! I love eating out, but I also miss cooking my own food when I travel.
