Hello and Welcome Back!
It seems a few of you disappeared this weekend. That’s completely understandable considering I did a little disappearing of my own this weekend. But, I’m back now and ready to fall back into my normal routine.
The conference was fun, but it’s nice to be breathing normally again. 😉
I actually couldn’t wait to take off on my run this morning. It felt like an eternity since my last run around my neighborhood. I did a very easy 5 miles, but my legs felt like they wanted to keep running forever. I love running. 🙂
For breakfast I dove into something I hadn’t had since Wednesday: cereal with yogurt!
I can’t believe I went so many days without yogurt!
- 1/2 cup Quaker Oatmeal Squares
- 1/2 cup Fiber One
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Granola
- Plain Yogurt
It tasted sooo good. 🙂
I have so much work to catch up on. You would think the day after our user group we would have a day to relax, but that is not the case. I have a pile of work that has been set aside for when I returned and unfortunately that day is today.
