I avoided the commenting drama of this morning, but I think you clearly have fueled well, and the fact that you’re choosing such nutritious calories today only emphasizes that. Way to go πŸ™‚

I haven’t seen the bagel thins and I’m not sure I understand the concept. They look like sandwich thins with a hole in the middle. Are they chewy on the outside like a bagel?

I love that you use your Lululemon bag for a lunch bag. My friend bought me a shirt in Australia from a store called Cotton On and I used the bag for a lunch bag before reusable bags were mainsteam. People thought I was nuts!

Smoked salmon is my FAVORITE! I just love it so much but can hardly ever have it since it’s so costly. Whenever it’s on sale, I’m all over it haha!

I buy that salmon for my husband – he loves it on a bagel with cream cheese and sliced tomato – I don’t like it though!

I just bought bagel thins today after not finding them anywhere – and on sale so that makes me extra happy! πŸ˜€

I’m feeling veggie deprived today, too. Maybe I’ll hunt through the fridge and fix up a big bowl of whatever I can find just like you did. Isn’t it amazing how your body asks for exactly what it needs?
