Remember that doctor’s appointment I thought I had last Monday? Well, it is actually today, which means it was another packed lunch at the desk for me.
I was still feeling veggie deprived from my weekend of indulgent eats, so I made sure to load my salad up with every vegetable I had in my fridge this morning.
In the mix I had spinach, mushrooms, tomato, zucchini, and carrots.
With some packed salmon for protein and omega-3s.
Orange poppy seed dressing for fork dipping
Bagel thin for carbs
Last night I discovered the Publix down the street from me is finally carrying Adora Dark Chocolate Calcium Discs! Bonus: they were $5.00 for a bag instead of the $7.99 Walgreen charges for them!
I had one for dessert.
Earlier in the morning I nibbled on some Pretzel and Chocolate Graham Goldfish.
