Bring on the sweat

It felt great to sweat again this morning.

I promised myself I would give my body at least a week’s rest from any hardcore cardio, but I never said anything against living room boot camps. 😉

This morning I completed Bobbi’s Living Room Boot Camp #2 and Living Room Boot Camp #5.  It was nice to just follow her directions and not worry about what to do next. Each boot camp contained plenty of squats, jumping jacks, and push ups that left me feeling worked by the end.

Bobbi has some great living room boot camps that require little to no equipment, if you strapped for time or creativity (Like me) I suggest you check her page out!

Breakfast was so good yesterday, I had to repeat it today.



Yesterday I made a big patch of pumpkin yogurt so that I had easy access to it through the week. It’s a great addition to my cereal and its so good I could probably eat it every day. Yum!


I have another busy day in the office. We are doing a little restructuring, which means a lot of extra work in my court. Don’t worry… I can handle it. 😉

I have to check those workouts, they sound perfect for rainy/cold days when I don’t want to go to the gym. 🙂

i can’t imagine you not being creative! It seems like you always have a different workout, a different meal, etc.

Smart to premake the yogurt — it’s like having fruit yogurt from the grocery store, but healthier because you mixed it yourself without added sugar/chemicals. 😀

dont you think you r a little addictive? Give yourself a break for crying out loud. U did just run a marathon!! And bootcamp definitely is cardio. Be careful u might get injured worse with bootcamp too

What a lovely breakfast! I just tried the Annie’s Honey Bunnies over Christmas and I loved them–I’m going to see if I can convince my sister to send me a care package with those and the Coco Vanilla ones. I may need to bribe her with clothes for this!

You are a workout warrior! If I had completed a marathon less than a week ago, I’d still be lounging in my bed, watching 90210 reruns. 🙂

I love that so many bloggers have such great “at-home workout” ideas…sometimes it’s just easier not to go to the gym, especially when you can do so many strength moves in the comfort of your own living room 😉

Bootcamp style workouts are the best!! I always find they go really quickly, and you always feel awesome after them 🙂

Boot camp in your living room sounds fun. Good for you for getting up and doing it!

I can’t believe you’re not more hungry after the marathon!! Maybe it’s just mental, but i’ve been SOOO hungry and thirsty this week!!!
