    Ahhh, yes, I used to be the queen of 4 hour naps. But they usually weren’t preceded by a 10k race πŸ˜› I LOVE your bbq tempeh/sweet potato/apple concoction! Those flavours sound like they’d be wonderful together!

    Congratulations to Derek! I loved your t-shirts by the way. Mark and I would definitely need those too, but I am pretty sure I could not pay Mark to run even a 5K.

    I made a BBQ chicken, sweet potato, and apple dish last week. It was amazing!

    Yay for Derek gaining a couple pounds!! Glad that he i eating healthily.
