In honor of the slightly cooler weather we are experiencing in good ole FL – Hello Temps in the 80s and not in the 90s! – I’m sporting my lovely cowboy boots at work today.
I bought these boots in November of my junior year college for a friend’s 21st birthday celebration where we all had to dress up as Daisy Dukes.
Wearing the boots now remind me of Fall and all the wonderful things that go with it; including college football games, line dancing with friends, keg parties and the care free attitude of jumping out of bed throwing a baby doll dress on and these boots and running off to class.
*sniff* I miss college. Fall is just not the same in an office setting.
But anyways, I digress.
Back to food!
Midmorning I snacked on 1/2 a Sweet & Salty Granola Bar.
I meant to eat a Kiwi too, but the next thing I knew it was time for lunch. I guess I really didn’t need it then.
Lunch was some tasty Chicken and Dumplings left overs from Friday night.
I bulked up my left over with some extra frozen veggies and spinach.
I grabbed another Fortune Cookie for dessert.
When I was little I didn’t know the cookie part was actually edible and would throw it out. I obviously had no idea what I was missing out on. 😉
