    It’s so soon!!!
Your dinner looks great…though it would NOT fly in this house. Far too many veggies for the fiance.

I love ‘everything but’ meals too! They always end up turning out so good even though its such a random mix and I feel very unwasteful about using up all my food that needed to be. I hate wasting stuff!

Yeah it’s freaking hot here. Well, I’m from Austin but SA is close enough. Hope you have a good time there…it’s too bad you’re not coming to Austin…I think you’d love it….lots of beautiful hills, running trails and lakes and the World Headquarters of Whole Foods – it’s like a foodie’s wonderland. It’s a very health-conscious city…..I don’t think you’ll find the same thing in SA…..but you will have some great authentic Mexican food!! 🙂

That bar looks delish! I’ve never seen the brand before – I’ll have to Google for where it’s distributed, ’cause I’d like to try it.

    Good luck this week!

Two restaurant recommendations for San Antonio:

Taco Taco Cafe (voted best tacos in the US by Bon Appetit)
    Sushi Zushi

Have fun in hot & humid… great hair weather!
