    Yay, I love fried rice too, especially when it’s not super-greasy and filled with MSG.

    oooh, i have tofu AND country bobs right now. i’m definitely adding this recipe to my weekend rotation!

    can i guess on the dessert?? because it almost looks like a soft pretzel with melted chocolate and pb swirled on top of it?? which sounds like a pretty incredible combination …

    Yay! Thanks for the shout out! It’s crazy to imagine myself needing to stop at 5 miles now. Weird how that happens. I’m totally excited for the Croom’s Fools Run…and earlier I thought Caitlin was talking about your dog too and got confused. Thanks for clearing that up. Your chinese looks yummy. What is that dessert?!

    This is going to be a blast! Come on, I know you want to do the 50k. You are totally ready for that distance! Come on…a few weeks ago I went back to Utah and did a 50k with one of my good friends and it was her very 1st one, she had barely even trained, but since we took it easy, she finished and did great! Do I have you convinced yet???

    I read your blog just about every day and I realized I never comment! I need to start commenting regularly, haha! I love it and am so inspired by you! I have a question, though. When you run on the treadmill, do you run on an incline? Do you find that it’s easier to run outside or on a treadmill? Yay! I hope to hear from you!

      Thanks for commenting Kristine!

      When I’m on the treadmill I run on a 1% incline unless I’m simulating a hilly run, then move the incline up and down through the run. And I find running outside soooooo much easier then on the treadmill. The scener is better and you actually feel like you have a goal of point to run to so it makes it so much quicker of a run in my head. 🙂
