Monday, Monday, Monday

by Meghann on February 16, 2009

I realized today that I have been saying yes to a lot of adventures for this week. It got to the point where I could not remember if I scheduled any me time for this week…. I guess not.

Here’s my social calendar for the week

  • Monday – TnT Practice 6:00-7:00
  • Tuesday – Work Dinner 6:30
  • Wednesday – Confessions of a Shopaholic with a friend
  • Thursday – Girl’s Night with Caitlin
  • Friday – Free! (for now)
  • Saturday – TnT Practice 7:00am-9:00am, TnT breakfast 9:00am-10:00am, Afternoon Bike Ride, Birthday Shopping, Dinner with parents
  • Sunday – ORC Run 7:00am-9:00am, Cousin’s Baptism 10:00am – 2:00pm

Holy Cow! This week is booked! It looks like the only day I have free is Friday! At least it will be a fun filled week of getting my booty out of my apartment. Just don’t be surprised if you see a lot of quick and easy meals this week.

How is you week looking?

Work is another crazy adventure. We’re having all of the sales people from around the country fly in for an annual meeting for the rest of the week. I am being asked to present and sit in on countless meetings. it’s going to be loads of fun. *cough*cough

This morning I had a quick snack of a Reduced Fat String Cheese and Almonds.

Lunch was a yummy array of left overs.

I had the other half of my Greenwise Pizza I had at lunch with Jenna yesterday.

And the rest of my Roasted Vegetables from dinner.

It was too much and I was saving room for dessert so Abbie ended up eating half of the roasted veggies. She didn’t mind 🙂

I had to have a piece of Godiva to get me through the rest of my day.

I mean, come on, its Godiva chocolate! I’m not quitting until the whole box is gone! 🙂

Back to work. I will have a recap tonight of my second Team in Training practice. Lets hope  can keep up with the boys again tonight! You will also see a quick and easy meal, that I’m hoping will take less then 5 minutes to throw together, but still be healthy and delicious.

Busy weeks are sometimes the best… Once Sunday night rolls around you feel accomplished! And it looks like yours is full of fun things!

And, speaking of Godiva… I had a friend who worked there part-time over Christmas break. MAN THAT STUFF IS GOOD!

7 Diana (Soap & Chocolate) February 16, 2009 at 1:57 pm

Good luck with the busy-ness! Sounds like fun though. I have plans for ONE night after work this week, and even that feels weird to me!

8 Mica February 16, 2009 at 2:01 pm

9 Ryan February 16, 2009 at 2:02 pm

Busy is always good until you’re spread too thin! I learned that last week 🙂 It sounds like you’re busy with fun stuff though, so it should definitely be good! I can’t wait to see your quick meal!

10 Kate February 16, 2009 at 2:03 pm

nothing like godiva to power you through! You know, mental power….:)

11 Shelby February 16, 2009 at 2:11 pm

My week isn’t too busy besides the usual schoolwork, gym, and cooking.
I just finished my meal plan though so that’s nice.

Love the chocolate, I just had some 😉

I tried to find those 100-cal almond packs and couldn’t, boo.

Have a great, busy week! There are plenty yummy foods you can whip together in no time if you’re creative…which you obviously are 🙂

[PS] Shroomies are no good for dogs… So make sure she doesn’t eat too many! (0r so I was told by my vet)

Hang in there! sounds super busy!

26 Quinn February 16, 2009 at 5:11 pm

I love that they make the nuts in 100 calorie packs! Nuts are my downfall and it’s so hard to guesstimate how many calories are in a handful.

Sounds like you’ve got a busy week ahead, but you’ll get through it! So jealous you’re going to see Confessions of a Shopaholic. it looks so cute!

27 Sarah February 16, 2009 at 5:28 pm

I always stress when my weeks are so full, but then we I have a free week, I get bored. Guess the grass is always greener.

Yes, keep rockin’ that chocolate…it IS a holiday, after all 😉

28 Summer Slim February 16, 2009 at 5:35 pm
