I really enjoyed the Yoga for Runners Podcast through yogadownlod.com on Friday so I decided today would be a perfect time to try it again. I could feel the yoga poses stretching and lengthening my legs. They enjoyed the gentle massage of the yoga and thanked me immensely for loosening them back up. I think Yoga for Runners maybe my new go to exercise element after any future races.
I also did a hundred or so crunches and 2 sets of 10 push ups to get the blood flowing. It was a nice relaxing work out in my living room for a Monday Morning.
Breakfast was of course cereal. I felt like it had been forever since I had a nice crunchy bowl of cereal.
This morning my mix contained 1/4 cup Kashi H2H, 1/3 cup of Nature Path’s Pumpkin Granola, Strawberries, Blueberries and a dollop of Vanilla NonFat Yogurt.
It was nice and refreshing.
I have some exciting new this morning!! We made the weekend goal and hit the $1000 from donations for my Team in Training efforts to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Yay!!! You guys seriously blow my mind!
