What a mini-break vacation! I’ve never been to Amelia Island but it sounds great! Beautiful sunrise! I had a similar view when I stayed on the beach in St. Augustine. In fact, it’s the picture in my header!

I went to Amelia Island Plantation a few Christmases ago!!

And lol about the french fry. My family and friends do the same thing: “Aren’t you going to document that bite for the blog!?” And I reply with “I’ll just say ‘I had a few bites of the husband’s fries πŸ™‚ “

That is so beautiful! My husband was suppposed to have an annual sales meeting in Captiva Island that I was going to tag along to in February, but due to the economy, it got canceled.

    Great run on the beach!

I hate how restaurants drench everything in butter. I had fish at a restaurant last night too and had the same experience. So disappointing! Today’s breakfast looks delicious!!!

Glad you’re having a good Saturday! I love the hushpuppies. You don’t really see them in NY, but I ate them with nearly every meal when I was in Hilton Head earlier this year. So yum!
