I hope that’s enough to win some of the goodie Bobbi has been bragging about this week. I’m crossing my fingers! I am also glad this little challenge feel during the month before my Half Marathon so I had double motivation to Pile on the Miles. 🙂
My Dad made his famous Sausage Gravy for breakfast this morning. I snacked on a Sausage Patty while I watched him cook, but never got a picture of it.
Here’s my plate.
I had a biscuit with about a 1/4 cup of gravy.
And a slice d Granny Smith Apple on the side.
As great as it had been to be at home with my family, I am looking forward to driving back to my apartment today, cooking for myself and having control of the TV again (currently my Twin Bro is watching SportsCenter.. Urghh..)
Safe travels to everyone today returning back to their lives as well! See you tonight.
