Don’t you hate having a whole loaf to eat all by yourself?! I don’t have a freezer to save my bread in, so if I buy some, I end up having to eat 4-6 slices a day to make sure none goes to waste!

I feel you guys on the loaf eating!! Oroweat (Arnold on your coast) makes this awesome “mini-loaf”, it’s not that much cheaper, but it’s like, half a loaf, so no wasting! Otherwise, I just freeze half the loaf, then toast them lata! Have fun at din!

Just saw your comment on my blog and I think you’re a mind reader with that pumpkin cornbread idea. Stay tuned for a similar variation! 😉

Your lunch looks so simple and sweet. I love the sound of mango poppy seed dressing. I’m guessing it’s Annie’s!!! Thanks for the lovely comment you left on my blog, I really look up to you guys. That sandwich + salad is divine! How on earth did you get it to last that long? Did you freeze it?
