I can’t even believe the difference! You easily look like you lost 15-20 pounds! You should send your pictures to the author because I am buying the book due to your pictures! You look absolutely amazing!

Just wondering I am a runner and want to incorporate a strenght training program, but I read this book and the author suggest not doing cardio in phase one. Did you continue to run while doing phase one? I don’t think I could go without running for that long.

Have you noticed any effect (good or bad) that these NROLFW workouts have had on your running?

You look great! I have recently started doing the workouts and am in the 3rd week of stage 1. How long did it take you to complete each workout daily? With all the rests in between it takes me a little under 2 hours, is that normal?

I just stumbled across your website and your transformation is AMAZING! I love to see plans that work! I’m starting Stage 7 next week and haven’t noticed much results other than an increase in strength, and bulkier legs (which no longer fit in my dress slacks, grrr). Kudos to completing the program tho, it’s one of the longest ones I’ve come across and at this point, I’m ready to be DONE! 🙂

This was an inspiring story! I just ordered the book last night and after reading this I wish I would have overnighted it! I’ve almost finished 2 mos of insanity and after everything I’ve seen about heavy lifting has made me very excited to get to the next level. Keep up the amazing work.

I did the NROL for Women last year. It was a great start into weight lifting! I’m currently in the second to last stage of NROL Supercharged!
