That chicken looks good! Simple, but I’m sure it was super flavorful. I love goat cheese!

Yummm def going to try that soon! I’ve been on a whole lentils and veggies with this amazing Trader Joe’s BBQ sauce thing lately but its probably time to switch it up.

Ps. totally excited for September because thats my birthday month <– yup 'month'…although I give my mom a few days at the end for her birthday ;-)

Its hard to believe Missy Franklin is just 17 when watching her swim. She seems so in tune with her body which is so exceptional for someone that age. However, you can definitely tell her age when she interviews and I think thats awesome. Shes adorable!

I’ve only made stuffed chicken breast once. It was really good and I’m not quite sure why I haven’t made it again. Thanks for the idea! :)

I’ve never made stuffed chicken before but I might have to try it! I guess I just get anxiety over cooking meat! Haha I eat lots of eggs…

I also love Missy Franklin! And after her Gold and Nick’s silver yesterday the 100 back is quickly becoming my favorite event! You should have seen my coworkers and I all piled into one office to watch the race on the UK feed!
