I finished “Sisterhood Everlasting” on the way to the gym this morning. The ending made me very happy (as I knew it would) and now I’m ready to move on to “Blueprints for Building Better Girls” for book club. Only I plan to download the actual book and not just the audio version. I need something to sink my teeth into on the beach next week.
At the gym I did Workout B, from my new Modelfit training plan. There was some confusion on my part when the actual start date of the program was ( I think I accidentally started a week early), but I figured since I already started, I might as well keep it up. Workout B was very similar to A, with only some minor changes here and there. I have to say that the linked YouTube videos he included with the moves was very helpful.
Breakfast came in the form of oats.
I promise there are oats buried under there.
In the mix:
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2/3 cup water (was out of milk!)
- chia seeds
- pinch of salt
- scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- peanut butter
- Kashi H2H
The oats hit the spot.
My goal is to get much work as possible this morning, so I can be on the to “wedding central” by 1:00pm. Can I do it? We’ll see!
