I-4 and I are no longer friends. 
After being delayed by I-4 on both Friday night and Saturday morning, you would think I had learned my lesson by now. Nope.
It took me thirty minutes to get off I-4 tonight. That’s THIRTY minutes on the off – ramp alone. That’s insane! I promise traffic traditionally isn’t that bad in Orlando. I don’t know what’s up with I-4 lately, but I’m not a fan.
Rant over.

I love Press 101. I’ve ate here several times in the past and always enjoy the funky, modern decor and atmosphere.
Tonight I by-passed the regular menu and went straight to the specials.
The Asparagus Explosion Flatbread caught my attention.
Only when it came out it resembled more of a thin crust pizza than a traditional flatbread. A bit more food than I was expecting, but I’m not complaining. 
The asparagus explosion came with asparagus, bacon, marinara sauce, and lots and lots of cheese. I’m not a huge fan of TONS of cheese on pizza, but it worked really well on the ultra thin crust.
It was nice to catch up with J and trade social media secrets. Coming from two different blogging niches – there’s so much we can learn from each other!
I had a fun package waiting for me when I got home from my favorite red headed Mexican, Monica.
I may have mentioned my jealousy of her access to Trader Joe’s Season Tea. So we traded. She sends tea and I’ll show her a rockin time at Universal while she’s in Florida over x-mas break. Win-Win, right?
I had a cup of the Candy Cane Tea when I got home. It was a delicious minty away to unwind after a busy day.
Also in the package, Dark Chocolate Covered Peppermint Joe Joe’s.
Remind me to give Monica a big kiss when I see her. Holy crap these things are good! Forget the minty tea. It’s all about the minty chocolate!
And a Christmas card!
Speaking of Christmas Cards.. I got another one today from another one of my favorite couples.

Derek and I discussed doing Christmas cards together this year, but I felt funny doing cards together when we’re not living together or married yet. Really if we did Christmas cards it would only have been to get a photo of Derek, Maddie, and I together on everyone’s mantel. 
It’s interesting that not sending a card out together hasn’t stop anyone from addressing cards to both of us. I’ve received two separate Christmas cards that were addressed to bother Derek and myself from various family members. I found that interesting, so I texted a photo of the envelop to Derek for a giggle.
His message in return?
“Really is a nice thing to see. Future looks bright!”
Love that man.
