And someone else is happy for post race hoagies.

Derek and I stopped at Mellow Mushroom on the way home for a late lunch.

Maddie joined us too.

She’s great lunchtime company. ๐Ÿ˜‰

IMG_9117.JPG

I started with the small spinach salad. (Gotta love those veggies!)

IMG_9101.JPG

And ordered the Tempeh Half Hoagie for lunch. Mellow Mushroom has the BEST tempeh hoagie. Next time you’re there order it and thank me later.

It felt good to be home after such a long weekend away. Derek and I took advantage of the lazy afternoon and did a little cleaning, grocery shopping, and tv watching.

The lazy theme carried on into dinner when all my creativity left me and I pulled out some samosas from the freezer.

IMG_9127.JPG

9 minutes later I had dinner. They didn’t taste half bad either.

IMG_9124.JPG

With my samosas some apple slices, carrot sticks, and almond butter to round out my meal.

Peppermint Ice Cream (!!) Cone for dessert

And now it’s time for bed.

Good Night.

Maddie is such a cutie. Every time I see her I think of my dog. They have the same exact face but Joe weight much much more – around 50-55 lbs now.

Congrats on being in Women’s Health! I saw you in there – You look great!

I thought only Pennsylvanians called them hoagies. So happy to see someone else use the word. Up here they are subs or grinders.
