Pizza Pie!

Publix makes the most FABULOUS pizza dough. It’s stretchy, doughy, and perfect when you’re in the mood for pizza, but don’t feel like spending an hour prepping the world’s perfect crust.

Simply stretch the dough to your heart’s desire (I left a good bit of crust) and fill with your favorite toppings – I went with zucchini, yellow squash, onions, mushrooms, tempeh, and blue cheese.

Bake at 415 for 15 mins and you have pizza perfection.

The pizza was a great companion to a mini spinach salad with the addition of nuts, tomatoes, and a sesame dressing for dinner tonight.

I’ll spare you the photos of my living room, but you should just assume it’s a disaster. I’m in the midst of packing for four days at my parents’ house as well as for the baking adventure my sister and I have planned at her place tomorrow. I’m not 100% what she has – and she’s not answering my phone calls – so I’m bringing everything I could possibly need to bake with. Better to be safe than sorry, right? 😉

I’m actually looking forward to our baking adventure tomorrow. We have a lot of work to do, but I know it will be fun – especially since I’ll have Kelly by my side for help!

Better get to bed and rest up for our baking adventure!

Aron’s First Marathon

I thought I was being sly by beating the holiday shopping crowd and taking an early lunch break to hit up Whole Foods and Publix for the necessities. Everything was going smoothly too.
