Pulling out the blender for dinner can only mean one thing…
I went to Hot Yoga this evening and all I wanted when I came home was a cool and refreshing smoothie. 😉
Smoothies for dinner have sort of turned into my favorite Hot Yoga treat. I’m addicted and I just can’t stop.
Tonight’s creation:
- Frozen Mango
- Frozen Pineapple
- Ice
- Almond Milk
- Kale
- Flax Seed
- Peanut Butter
- Xanthum Gum
- Vega Tropical Tango Shake & Go <— HLS freebie
I only added a couple of spoonfuls of the tropical Vega mix and it was very tropical-ly. I think I prefer the chocolate vega mix over the tropical version. 🙂
Toppings:
- GIngerbread Granola
- Chocolate Granola
- Mixed Nuts
The toppings are the best part, right?
Before hot yoga I had an AllieBar.
Dessert this evening was a cookie.
It was nice and fudgy, but a little smaller than I was expecting.
Time to crash in front of the tv with a cheesy Lifetime movie. Will she keep the baby? Will her father disown her? *gasp* I’m about to find out.
