Comfort Food

Now, this is what I call a lazy girl’s dinner.


Honey Roasted Cinnamon Peanut Butter & Peach Quesadilla


With Pickles (Don’t judge – the pickles surprisingly went well with the sweet quesadilla.


Yes, I could have made this expertly prepared elaborate meal featuring the entire contents of my fridge. But, this was what I was craving so I went with it. 😉

There is just something about the combination of warm nut butter and fruit that is so comforting to me. :)




Don’t worry – I got my veggies in this afternoon.


And my calcium for dessert. 😉


What? You don’t count ice cream as you calcium intake for the day? Pshhh….

I just plugged my Flip Camera into my computer for the first time in months! I have my work cut out with me with the back log of videos I need to edit. Maybe I’ll save that project for the plane ride to Chicago on Thursday? 😉

I’m thinking it’s a good thing Southwest flights doesn’t have WiFi on their flight. Being unplugged will give me a chance to get some much needed work done offline. Sometimes the draw of twitter, e-mail, and google reader can be a wee bit distracting.

For instance while writing this entry I have been simutameously tweeting, g-chatting with Derek, reading e-mails, and watching tv. It’s a big wonder I ever get anything done!

And now my head hurts.

I’m going to bed.
