There’s no Whole Foods near where I live, alas. Maybe my local co-op will have something.

Your lunch, as usual, looks delish!

    Sadie is so pretty! 😀

Honestly – I’m not sure. :/ I’m going for work and the last time I went to an event like this I was on the go pretty much non-stop. Bummer.

Hummus and pb – the two bestest spreads 🙂 I know you and Mama Pea go way back but if you haven’t tried her dessert hummus yet, you should! http://peasandthankyou.com/2010/06/03/its-a-girls-night/

I put in another vote for a Denver meet-up! Who knew there were so many of us out here? Hopefully the work load will be light enough to schedule one.

Meghann, I used Hal Higdon this year and had a BQ at Boston. I am a big fan of his plans. Lots of quality and little junk. I do cut out one of his running days; that is my modification. Let me know if you have any questions!

You have GOT to go to THE BEST vegetarian restaurant in Denver called Watercourse Foods! It is phenomenal! I’ve heard that City O’ City is excellent as well, more of a vegetarian pizza/ calzone place.
