Salad Time

by Meghann on June 14, 2010

Whatโ€™s a girl to do with a full fridge and no clue what she wants for lunch?

She builds a salad.

Canโ€™t go wrong with a salad. ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Spinach
  • Carrots
  • Tomatoes
  • Left over plantains
  • Raisins
  • Hummus
  • Salsa

The salsa is a new-to-me Publix Deli Salsa that was quite delicious. It was really chunky with just the right hint of spiciness. It paired well with the hummus as a creamy dressing of sorts for my salad.

Iโ€™m sad there are only two scones left in my freezer. These babies are good. ๐Ÿ™‚

Earlier this morning I had some nuts and dried kiwi as a snack.
