Good Morning NEW ORLEANS!!!
Welcome to day #2 of Solutions Summit. 
I hit the gym again this morning and did a great 40 minute speed session on the treadmill before focusing on my legs with weights. I love a good sweat in the morning.
We had a little treat for all our clients this morning and had an omelet station set up for the gang.
I had an omelet myself with mushrooms, ham, onions, and the tiniest sprinkle of cheese with a generous serving of fruit and some sweet bread.
TIme to get back to work!

Definitely a great breakfast, that’s why I love when my company has conferences and work shops. Hope your still having some fun down there.
You have to love a conference that starts your day with an omelet bar! You’re looking good- hows the body feeling almost a week later?

Normally buffets gross me out but there’s something about a breakfast buffet that I love. Maybe it’s the endless amount of fresh (free!) fruit and cereals.

Love the omelet “bar”. Favorite meal of the day is breakfast and there is nothing better than a huge omelet.

My college cafeteria had an awesome omelet station in the mornings.
It was a great way to start the day. Just have to make sure to not overdo it with the cheese.

I like to get in sweat sessions early at conferences since there won’t be any other time.
