HAPPY 26th BIRTHDAY DEREK!!!

It’s almost 7:30am and I’ve been up since 5:00am! There is something about traveling that always makes me extra motivated to go the gym. 
And I wasn’t the only one. As I was cranking 4 miles out on the treadmill and hitting the weights for arms, I ran into a couple of co-workers and clients. They were getting their sweat on too and it was nice to get a good chat in before the craziness of the day really begins.
Now, I’m all dressed and need to head downstairs to work registration for any stragglers.
I won’t be able to post again until late. In the mean time I have a little treat for you: the video from the Crooms 50k last weekend!

I agree–for some reason when I am in a hotel I have extra motivation to hit the gym. I think it’s related to having a sense of comfort and familiarity since everything else is different around me!
