Ekkk!!!
It’s been a BUSY day! I need to make this quick so I can get back to work. so much to do and so little time to do it in.
Midmorning I snacked on a serving of Chocolate Graham and pretzel Goldfish.
While sipping out of my new mug. 😉
For lunch I had the most delectable BBQ Pork Pita Pizza.
On a whole wheat pita I layered
- BBQ Sauce
- Left Over Easter Pork
- Broccoli
- Kale
- Cilantro
- Cheese
And cooked it under the broiler for 5 minutes.
I can not tell you how great of a job my Dad did on this pork. The left over pork had sooo much flavor to it! No one can roast a pig like my Daddy. 🙂
Oh and for those of you who asked the rotisserie my dad used to cook the pig on was something him and my uncle built a couple of Christmases ago.
Dessert was a piece of my dark chocolate Easter bunny.
I am sad to say my Easter bunny is now earless.
(and headless 😉 )
Now, I must get back to work!!
P.S. Sorry in advance for the lame posts over the next two days. To make it up to you here are a couple of the professional shots from the ultra. 🙂
Great shots from the Ultra!!
Those photos are so good! You look really happy, and really cute! Who manages to take a good picture while running 31 miles on a muddy path!? 🙂
Way to go on the Ultra! You guys rock.
Great shots!
I LOVE Dove chocolate (except I think over here it’s called Galaxy?) – it’s one of my favourites (outside of my beloved Lindt of course :P)
Have a good evening!
Ah, awesome pics! 🙂
Excellent shots! Do you always buy the professional prints from races? I am shocked at how expensive they are!
Great pics!!!
I have several beheaded bunnies right now too 🙂
Great pictures!! And you look so happy-perfect!!
Congrats on the Ultra!
Love the pics! And that pizza looks awesome 🙂
Those are awesome pics lady!
You look so happy in those pics! My race photos always turn out AWFUL.
You look great in those pictures – love how everything is so green around you!
I always start with the bunny ears too!!
I have no idea how you manage to make running in mud and bushes look glamorous, but you do! haha 😛
I always eat the ears off my Easter bunnies first 🙂 In fact, I stole my boyfriend’s Easter bunny yesterday and ate the ears before rewrapping the bunny and putting it back in the basket…I do it every year 🙂
Yum! I can’t wait to dive into my bunny tonight! My dad always told me you had to always eat the ears first so then he couldn’t hear you coming for the rest of him 😉
PS: congratulations on your run!!! I know I’m late, but I still wanted to say it 🙂
Wow those pictures of your ultra look great!! You go girl!! REP that mug!! 🙂

You’re amazing! Those are probably the best pics I’ve seen during a race, not to mention the awesome fact that you ran an ultra! & that pizza looks so delicious!! I just started the broccoli on pizza way, and it’s incredible. Take care 🙂
