T-minus 3 hours until my hair cut! AND until me weekend starts! Yippee!
This morning I nibbled on some pretzel nubbins.
These were just plain ole nubbins. I was really missing the peanut butter inside.
Lunch was very refreshing!
I made a sandwich with hummus, swiss cheese, cucumbers, sprouts, and tomato.
I love sandwiches like these where I just feel good eating it.
For extra crunch I had carrot sticks and almond butter on the side.
My favorite dipping combination.
Ask Me Anything..
I’ve decided to take the plunge and jump on the ‘Ask Me Anything’ bandwagon. I know its a little lame copying so many wonderful bloggers who started this trend, but I’m really curious to hear what you guys have to ask.
Its completely anonymous so please click here and, well, ask me anything!

What brand of almond butter do you have? It’s so runny and melty lookin, I want some! The one I have is so hard
When I get more blog readers, I’m going to jump on the ‘ask me anything’ train too
i was wondering that too! i keep my AB in the fridge and it always comes out so chunky and blah…
its a new jar and I was just too lazy to mix it well

My question: How did you get so fly?

I looove hummus, cheese, cuc and tomatoes! I’ve been eating it pretty much everyday this week!
I’m excited to see your answers!
Sandwiches like that are the best!
Do you remember Chandler called his third nipple a nubbin? That’s all I could think of when you called the pretzels that.
I love when my meals leave me feeling good about everything I’ve eaten. I always feel that way about vegetarian food! My favs – roasted veggies, black beans, rice, & salsa, BIG salads, tempeh/tofu sammies. Yum.
Mmmmm…looks great! Good luck with the haircut!
I think I need to try this sandwich ASAP!
Ohh! I LOVE the vegetarian lunch
It looks SO GOOD and with the sprouts yummm. I can’t wait to see the haircut! It is one of my FAVORITE treats to get my hair cut, rather the scalp massage…is that weird? haha.
The sandwich looks so fresh and delightful, and not to mention, your photos are looking quite fabulous!
Hi Meghann! I love your blog – It inspired me to start my own: http://www.healthnutloveschocolate.blogspot.com
Anyways, seeing as you have accomplished a marathon and many half marathons, I was wondering if you have any advice as I start training for my first half. Also, I hope you will check out my blog when you have the chance. Have a great weekend!
i think you read my mind because that was my idea for dinner tonight…the veg sandwich of course.
Hope the haircut goes well — I’m sure it will.
I started bringing those heavenly pretzel things to work and have successfully gotten half the office hooked…

Your sandwich looks so good!! I also love veggie filled sammies like that
And i’m so glad you jumped on the bandwagon! My blog doesn’t compare to yours in size or readers, quality, or popularity and i’m sure there is a bigger chance for you to get, for lack of a better word, stupid questions or mean ones but I think it’s such a cool idea. And it can be so fun!
I have been eating hummus and arnold thin sammies for lunch all week. SO GOOD. Today I added veggies I roasted with balsamic vinegar and some kickin’ chickin’ seasoning I found at Wal-Mart. YUMMO
Hi Meghann, I don’t think I’ve ever commented, but I read your blog all the time and I love it! Your story is so fascinating and your daily meals are so fun to read about!
Thanks for being an inspiration!
