Pizza, Pizza!

I was having a serious pizza craving this morning! And not just any pizza, I wanted made from scratch, homemade, delicious pizza!

So I got to work preparing Jenna’s Best Pizza Dough recipe before breakfast. I let the dough rise on the counter while I was at work and by the time I got home I had homemade pizza dough ready to go.

I split the dough in half, put one in the freezer, and rolled the other into a large thin crust.

Last night I fell asleep right when the Golden Globes were starting, so I am catching up on the award show right now. I love watching all the stars dress up.

So far my pick for best dress as to be Christina Hindricks from Mad Men.

Can you say Va-Va-Voom? I thought she looked hot!

I’m sad to say my pick for worst dressed is Fergie

I’m not sure if it was the dress, bad hair, or orange tan, but the whole look was just off.

Did you watch the awards? Who were your picks for best and worst dressed?

January 18, 2010

The building is quiet, I have had no meetings, and my to-do list is getting smaller and smaller. Gotta love days in the office likes these. 😉 I may not be one of the lucky few to take today off, but I am really appreciating the quiet, slow day to get a lot of much more »

Marathon Reflection: Training

January 18, 2010

When I signed up for my first marathon almost a year ago I took a very relaxed, ‘let’s just have fun’ approach to training for it. I followed the training schedule provided by Team in Training and improvised where I saw fit. The provided plan was geared towards beginning runners looking to complete a marathon. more »

January 18, 2010

Happy Monday! It’s back to the daily grind for me today. Unfortunately I am not one of those lucky few who are granted Martin Luther King Day as a holiday. Boooo… I really need to look into working for the government so that I get all the cool holidays off. Instead I shall be at more »
