Happy New Year! And welcome to 2010!
I spent the last moments of 2009 ringing in the New Years with those I love the most.
(Mom and Dad didn’t even make it to 9:00)
We discovered CNN was reporting live from times square and were able to watch the ball drop with Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffen.
We rang in the New Year with all our east coast peeps (10:00pm local time) then all said our good nights. I mean technically since we are FROM the east coast it was like New Years to us anyways. 
This morning I awoke to the lovely aroma of bacon frying on the stove top
and homemade biscuits baking in the oven.

It was the perfect meal to start 2010
I <3 Snow!
We’re taking the day off from skiing and doing some tubing and ice skating today! Should be fun!
P.S. the worst part about going skiing/ tubing? Getting dressed! Ughh… I hate layering up in uncomfortable clothes!

What is tubing?? To me, tubing means sitting in a tube and floating down a river, but I know that is not the case for you today! lol

Wow, that breakfast looks heavenly! There’s nothing better than the smell of bacon in the AM. Hope you guys have a great time skiing/tubing today, I’ve heard nothing but great things about the snow up there since we’ve been gone!

Gosh, I always forget that the west coast is a whole 2 hours behind us east coasters! I would have fallen asleep at 10pm too
