Talk about a busy weekend!
I have definitely been slacking on reminding ya’ll, but please remember to keep the votes coming for the Sam-e Good Mood Gig. Voting continues until Dec. 7th and I may be a little behind, but I still have hope!
This morning I sunk easily back into my regular routine with a little Yoga for Runners thanks to yogadownload.com.
Surprisingly my legs aren’t too bad after yesterday’s race. They were a little sore yesterday, but today they feel great. I guess that means I could have pushed it harder if I wanted too. 
After yoga I made a beautiful bowl of cereal.
- ½ cup Peanut Butter Puffins
- ½ cup Shredded Wheat
- ¼ cup Pumpkin Spice Granola
- Plain Oikos
- Dried Pineapple
- Pom
There is nothing more refreshing then a nice cold bowl of cereal in the morning.
