Lunch looked yummy. I want to try the marinated veggies over night dish. I always feel rushed before I go to work so this would be a good way to avoid that.

I love that you get to make lunch at home every day. I bring my lunch to work every day, but I feel so limited sometimes just having a microwave and a toaster at my disposal! Especially when the line for the microwave is three people deep!
