I’ve Got a Feeling

by Meghann on September 4, 2009

“I’ve gotta feeling (woohoo) that tonight’s gonna be a good night
that tonight’s gonna be a good night
that tonight’s gonna be a good good night”

Anyone else have that song stuck in their head? Just me? Ok

I’m so happy it’s Friday!! I only have to work a short day today and then Derek and I are heading south. Love it.

I woke up with plans of knocking out 8 miles this morning, but due to some tummy issues I had to scale it back to 6. Running 6 was just fine with me. I finished a little earlier then expected so I had extra time to do last minute packing of things.

Breakfast was quick and easy.

  • 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean
  • 1/4 cup Good Run Cashew Granola
  • Pluot
  • Blueberries
  • Oikos Plain Yogurt

It’s time to spend the rest of the day staring at the clock, counting down the hours. I’m so excited!!

I really need to try a pluot…I’ve been seeing them a lot recently but have never had one. I love plums…are they similar?
Have a great long weekend!

I love big bowls of yogurt and cereal, especially after long runs – they’re so filling and refreshing without being too heavy!

I hope that your day goes by quickly and that you’re soon on the road 🙂
