Happy last day of August!
Where has the time gone? Can you believe tomorrow is September? The summer literally flew by in a blink of an eye.
I woke up with a body that desperately needed to be stretched and relaxed. I turned to ExerciseTV on demand for some inspiration and found a 45 minute yoga class with a description that fit my needs.
The tv class was just what I needed to put some life back into my legs. I think my Mondays are going to officially be Yoga Mondays until my marathon is finished in January. I have all of my long runs planned on Sunday, so a nice muscle stretch on Mondays will be just what the doctor ordered.
To go with my Yoga Monday I also participated in Cereal Monday.
- 1/2 cup Kashi H2h
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter Puffins
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Granola
- Plain Oikos Yogurt
Cereal Monday and Yoga Monday go hand in hand for me. 🙂

The writer purchases a meal from a different fast food restaurant each week then takes it home to rework the ingredients to produce a gourmet meal.
