This morning I woke up feeling refreshed and renewed. My voice is back and my throat feels fine. I think it just needed some time to rest and I believe my FroYo last night was the ultimate cure. 🙂
I was craving a run when I woke up so I did a slow and steady 5 miler. My legs are still a bit tight for some reason so I paced just under 10:00 minute miles to loosen them up. It felt great to sweat and as always gave me a chance to clear my head.
When I returned I knew I wanted to try the other brand new Chobani flavor I had received last week.
I was very excited to try the Pomegrante Flavor. It was creamy and rich with lovely pom seeds mixed in.
I added the container of yogurt to some Cantaloupe, Blueberries and 1/2 a Plout then topped with a serving of Good Run Cashew Granola.
I really enjoyed the Pomegrante Flavor. It’s a different flavor I haven’t seen in yogurt before and loved how it stood out in the bowl of fruit. It was very sweet, but I believe that’s to be expected with any fruit flavored yogurt.
Overall I give it 2 thumbs up. 🙂
