I had a teacher once that described european cuisine and customs as &quot;it&#039;s not good, it&#039;s not bad, it&#039;s different.&quot; That&#039;s probably the way to explain how I look at it. I think everyone enjoys eating healthy...question is...how often. So far, she HAS had an impact on how I eat. I spent over $100 at publix about a week ago and didn&#039;t buy any pasta. Frozen and canned foods are a little different story though. But, I did buy more fruit and healthier bread among other things. When we saw your question we had a little discussion about it. I mentioned that it&#039;s sort of how I look at people and religion. I&#039;m very open to someone sharing and offering their viewpoints...but when you cross the line of forcing those viewpoints...then it becomes something bigger. But all in all, I really like trying her creations and concoctions and definitely support her healthy eating lifestyle.</description>
