It was very exciting in my office this afternoon.
One of our accountants came up with a Quarterly Corporate Mini Golf Tournament where different branches of my office compete in a round of mini golf. The one hole course as you starting at one end of the office and measure how many strokes it takes you to get to hole on the complete opposite end.
I was asked to provide a tournament bracket poster as well as a trophy to be presented to the winning team.
This was the first week of the tournament and it was pretty fun to spend thirty minutes being silly with my co-workers.
Every one had a great time and a good laugh.
I was nowhere near hungry when I returned home thanks to my super fiberous lunch, so it was nice to have free time to take Abbie for a walk, pack for the weekend and read some more of my book.
Around 7:00 my stomach started playing at the idea of being hungry so I put together a simple, delicious meal.
All I did was steam ยฝ a sweet potato, okra, broccoli & onions. I topped that with some whole wheat cous cous, tempeh, and Trader Joeโs Red Coconut Curry Sauce.
This meal literally took me 10 minutes to prepare and was very good to boot. Luckily I ate just enough so my stomach would not be too upset with me for the second time today.
For something sweet I had a small mix of Dark Chocolate Covered Edamame, Mini TJ PB Cups, & Honey Graham Bears.
HOLY SUMMIT SELL OUT!!!
AHHH>>> SO sorry about all the craziness with registration for the summit. The system was overloaded in the beginning which caused it to freak out. I promise to post more info in the morning. Right now I need to get to bed.
Good Night!

I was shut out of the summit, and I was so so looking forward to meeting you. It was kind of like getting rejected from a college, sadly I am only sort of kidding! hopefully I’ll have the honor of meeting you another time.
