I leave for San Diego tomorrow!! Yay!!!!!
I can not even tell you how on high on Cloud 9 I am right now. It’s weird you think I would be stressed out over the thought of running a full marathon in mere days, but I am not! I think in my head I am taking it one day at a time and right now I am focusing on flying out tomorrow. 🙂
This morning I set out on my LAST run before my marathon on Sunday. Those 4 miles just flew by!! I think I ran the majority of them with a smile on my face as I thought of the upcoming weekend the entire run.
You’ll never guess what I had for breakfast….
I was thinking about a smoothie, but I really wanted to stick with some whole grain carbs each morning before my race.
In the bowl:
- 1/3 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch
- 1/3 cup Kashi Cinnamon Harvest
- 1/3 cup Missy’s Mix #1
- 1/3 cup Kashi Blueberry Oat Clusters
- Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
All mixed up now.
Yum! Yum! Yum!
I can already tell today is going to go by sooo slowly! I am not sure how I will be able to concentrate with all the thoughts running through my head!
