I started off my morning with Jillian Micheals’ No More Trouble Zones. It had been a week since I was ridiculed and pounded by Jillian and I have to say I was missing her cliche sayings and painful work outs. The 60 minute DVD was well worth the pain. I think I am going to try to incorporate atleast one Jillian Micheals work-out into my weekly routine from now on.
My bowl of cereal was MASSIVE this morning!
I was trying to use up the last of my strawberries so instead of the usual 3 or 4 I slice and dice into the bowl I believe I had 6 or 7. With the strawberries I also had blackberries, 1/2 cup of Missy’s Mix #1, 1/2 cup Kashi Strawberry Fields, 1/4 cup Meg’s Troipical Jammin Granola Mix, & Vanilla Chobani.
With all of the dried fruit from the cereal and the fresh fruit on top, this bowl of cereal was extra fruity and extra yummy! 🙂
