It’s been one of those morning where I have to keep reminding myself it’s Thursday. For some reason the idea of Friday keeps entering my head and I feel slightly bummed when I realize I am still a day away from that beautiful day. Weekend you are so close, just hurry up and get there already! 😉
It was in the 50s for my run this morning. I know, I know many of you would be greatful for the ‘heatwave’ but for a Florida girl like me, that required a long sleeve shirt. The long sleeve shirt was able to keep me warm through my 5 mile run which I completed in 47 minutes, thank you very much!
I feel like ever since the 30 Day Shred Challenge ended I have just been focusing on running and am losing any definition I gained in the challenge. So this morning after my 10 minutes of deep post-run stretching I opened up Wiggs’ Ab-Solutely work out page and followed along her 15 step ab routine.
Wiggs has such a wonderful sense of humor, it was nice to have a good laugh during the work out. Each move was tough and burned, just what I needed. I can’t wait to try part deux of the work out. If you are looking to change up your ab routine or need someone to tell you what to do (like I do) then you should check out the routine yourself!
My breakfast this morning was very photogenic.
I had 1/3 cup Kashi Cinnamon Harvest, 2/3 cup Kashi H2H, Strawberries, Blackberries, Vanilla Chobani, and some Honest Foods Pomegranate Walnut Crisp Granola Plank crumbled on top.
