First of all I want to give a big Happy Birthday shout out to my ‘Easter Bunny’ Derek! He is officially the big 2-5 today!

In honor of his birthday I thought I would dig out this old photo from back in the day that I swear Derek throws back to all the time.
(That’s right Derek I found the infamous AJs photo!)
This was taken on one of the first times I met Derek way back in November of 2005! We’re sweaty and gross from dancing the night away to 80s music at one of our favorite bars, AJs, in Tallahassee. It was a typical Tuesday night where we took advantage of the Flippin’ Tuesday special and had pre-partied ahead of time.
I miss college!!
So Happy Birthday Derek!! I hope your enjoy being a quarter of a century old! DOn’t worry I’m only 10 months behind! 😉
In honor of Derek’s birthday I wanted to have some sort of cake for breakfast this morning, but decided a cookie would be the next best thing. We can call it a Breakfast Cookie Cake to make it sound even cooler if you want. 🙂
I am getting really good at making these breakfast cookies. I keep adding more and more yummy stuff to it.
Today’s Cookie contained:
- 1/2 cup Oats
- Crushed Walnuts
- Naturally Nutty Vanilla Almond Butter (!!!)
- Mini Chocolate Chips
- Dried Cranberries
- Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- Vanilla Chobani
A-MA-ZING!! Thought I really think its the Vanilla Almond Butter that pushed it over the top. Naturally Nutty you are my new addiction!
Before Breakfast this morning I did level 3 of the 30 Day Shred (Almost done with the challenge!) and some Lunar Flow Yoga to really stretch my body out, it need a nice gentle, yoga session this morning.
Alright its countdown to my conference at work today so I need to buckle down and get to it. Busy, Busy, Busy!!
