I am having trouble keeping my eyes open at my desk at the moment. Not a good way to start the day. It’s sad when its 8:00am and I just want to go back to sleep. Is it ok if I still blame the time change on this one?
My alarm went off at 5:30 this morning, which is technically 4:30 ‘normal time’ blah. No wonderful I feel like I am having trouble staying awake.I need to get used to this before I drive myself crazy.
The weird part is I wasn’t sleepy when I went for my 4.5 mile run, start laundry this morning or had breakfast, it just hit me on the way to work this morning. Oh well.
I was thankful for breakfast this morning and the return to my highly coveted bowl of cereal. It had been far to long since I had lovely crunchy, morning treat.
In the bowl I had 3/4 cup 365 brand Cinnasnaps, 1/2 cup Cheerios, 1/4 cup Nature’s path Pumpkin Granola, Strawberries, Plum, and Oikos Vanilla Non-Fat Yogurt.
It was really comforting to enjoy the cereal this morning. Oh how I missed it so.
I off to find some STRONG caffeinated hot tea to try and wake me up some. I can already tell its going to be a loooonnnnggggg day.
