I’m sooo behind right now!
I need to make this quick so I can finish up my work load and leave at my originally planned time of 2:30… wish me luck!
For a snack this morning I had a Wild Berry Fruit Strip and a pack of Almonds.
Lunch was a mish mosh of leftovers in my attempt to eat my fridge up before I head out for the weekend.
First up was this killer wrap.
I stuffed a Multi-Grain Flat Out Wrap with 1/2 cup of microwaved Egg White, a smear of left over Refried Beans, Green Onion, Spinach and Pineapple Salsa.
Such a good egg-fiesta combination!
For a little spice I tossed my left over Spaghetti Squash with some yummy Texas Pete’s Buffalo Sauce.
And I used up the remaining Strawberries, Blueberries and Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt in a mini Fruit Salad. I also added a tiny dollop of Lemon Curd and OMG did that put this fruit salad over the top!! YUM!
And of course a piece of Godiva for dessert.
I know it’s like the never ending eats of Godiva. It’s amazing how long you can make a 19 piece box of Godiva last if you only eat a single piece everyday.
If you want a peak into my fridge be sure to head over to Bobbi’s Blog – In Her Shoes – sometime today. I am her February Featured Foodie Fridge and there’s a great Q&A Bobbi conducted with me on the post. Plus, Bobbi’s blog is awesome in general so be sure to skim through her site while you’re over there.
Ok got to send some reports out then I am outta here!

That wrap is fantastic! I love the fruit salad too, the lemon curd sounds like it added so much flavor! How refreshing.
Good luck, Meghann!
I am so impressed that you only eat one Godiva chocolate a day–what willpower! I also loved your fridge interview on Bobbi’s blog. It was really great to read about your dessert policy while you lost 30 lbs! You’re such an inspiration!
Good luck at the Gaspirilla challenge this weekend!
You rock that godiva box! It’s inspired me to slowly enjoy sweets. They are way more satisfying that way!

I love fruit strips like that. Have you tried the Stretch Island ones? They’re my favorite!
Good luck tomorrow!
I went over and saw your fridge and read your interview. It was nice. I was intrigued most by the flour in the freezer. It really is funny the things we pick up from our parents.
Oh, and I LOVED the part about how you would cook for John Krasinski. He’s too adorable. I wouldn’t mind cooking for him either.
Flat out wraps are absolutely to die for. I love that you eat them too. Costco!
