I realized today that I have been saying yes to a lot of adventures for this week. It got to the point where I could not remember if I scheduled any me time for this week…. I guess not.

- Wednesday – Confessions of a Shopaholic with a friend
- Thursday – Girl’s Night with Caitlin
- Friday – Free! (for now)
- Saturday – TnT Practice 7:00am-9:00am, TnT breakfast 9:00am-10:00am, Afternoon Bike Ride, Birthday Shopping, Dinner with parents
- Sunday – ORC Run 7:00am-9:00am, Cousin’s Baptism 10:00am – 2:00pm
Holy Cow! This week is booked! It looks like the only day I have free is Friday! At least it will be a fun filled week of getting my booty out of my apartment. Just don’t be surprised if you see a lot of quick and easy meals this week.

Work is another crazy adventure. We’re having all of the sales people from around the country fly in for an annual meeting for the rest of the week. I am being asked to present and sit in on countless meetings. it’s going to be loads of fun. *cough*cough
This morning I had a quick snack of a Reduced Fat String Cheese and Almonds.
Lunch was a yummy array of left overs.
And the rest of my Roasted Vegetables from dinner.
It was too much and I was saving room for dessert so Abbie ended up eating half of the roasted veggies. She didn’t mind 🙂
I had to have a piece of Godiva to get me through the rest of my day.
I mean, come on, its Godiva chocolate! I’m not quitting until the whole box is gone! 🙂
Back to work. I will have a recap tonight of my second Team in Training practice. Lets hope can keep up with the boys again tonight! You will also see a quick and easy meal, that I’m hoping will take less then 5 minutes to throw together, but still be healthy and delicious.
