It’s Friday!!

I’m so excited!! Luckily I get to leave the office by 3:00 today so I only have 6 hours of work until a week of freedom. πŸ™‚

My boss has already informed me I am not allowed to return to the office sick, injured or with any broken bones. We are going to be really busy the next couple of months and she wants to make sure I will be ready to roll as soon as I return. You should see the pile of work I know will be waiting for me. YIKES! But vacations are always worth it. πŸ™‚

Unfortunately, my last day to run outside in the great Florida weather didn’t start off as I was hoping. I woke up to rain which meant it was cold and wet outside, not ideal for a great run. So instead I grudgingly made the trek to the apartment gym and did Tina’s 30 Minute Treadmill Run.

Thank god for Tina and her treadmill workouts! I’m never running on a treadmill again with out a designated work out plan. It just makes the time go by so much faster and I always feel like I work up a good sweat.

After the treadmill I showered, loaded up my car (while simultaneously chasing Abbie around the parking lot, I think she thought I was leaving without her) and sat down for breakfast.

I had a Whole Pear with Β½ cup of Cherrios, Β½ cup of Kashi H2H, and Β½ cup of Kashi Cinnamon Harvest. Since the pear was pretty large, it was actually a very big bowl of cereal. Besides a couple of tangerines that was the last of my fresh fruit supply in my fridge.

Thank You Ladies!! And just because I will be in another state next week, doesn’t mean those donation are still not important. We are up to $1235.96.. WOW!! Let’s keep saving those lives people! πŸ™‚

I love Tina’s treadmill workouts too! They’re actually what made me run for 30+ minutes in the first place, I was never able to before!

The day before vacations are the best…the anticipation!! I love traveling, and therefore love packing as long as it means I am going somewhere fun! I HATE unpacking though…uggg. I’ve been known to continue living out of teh suitcase for another week when I get back πŸ™‚

Love the ceral combo, pears are my favorite to add because they are so big and add so much bulk, that way I’m full longer.
