Yay, its Wednesday!!! If you count today then only 3 more days of work before I’m hitting the ski slopes!

- San Diego Marathon – 112 Days
OMG.. I have a bunch of stuff to look forward to! And that doesn’t even include all of the cool traveling I am going to do for work in April and May! What does your ‘Countdown’ include at the moment?
I was all about running again this morning, but for some reason I couldn’t pick up my pace during the run. I think yesterday I was all about running out the frustration and today it was back to normal. Either way I did manage to run 4.6 miles at a 9:52 pace, which isn’t bad but still above my 9:30 goal I am trying to enforce.
Since I am leaving Friday for a week, I am trying to eat the contents of my fridge, therefore did not stock up on berries over the weekend. I know I am so sad. I do have a little container of blueberries that is just about finished, but I managed to incorporate the second to last serving in my creative breakfast this morning.
I had two Whole Grain Toaster Waffles that I topped each with a dollop of Chobani Peach Greek Yogurt, then 1/4 cup of Nature Path Pumpkin Granola and a handful of Blueberries.
Talk about a great combination, this breakfast rocked! I loved the crunchiness of the granola mixed with the chewiness of the waffle and the berries brought this great sweet element to it. I will definitely have to recreate this in the future.
I have no scheduled meetings today..YAY!! So lets see if I can actually get some work done! PEACE!

I stumbled on your website via Veggie Girl’s blog. I think it’s amazing that you’re raising money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. That is awesome. If you need more people to participate in the bake sale let me know. I love baking and had so much fun baking for the Move On bake sale this summer that I would be happy to help out.
